Privacy policy
The short version: this site collects what you type into the contact form, runs a spam check, and keeps ordinary server logs. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking.

Who this is
This site is operated by Freedom Consulting Group (legal entity registration pending), a consulting practice working with companies across the United States.
What the contact form collects
If you submit the form, we receive what you typed into it: your name, email address, and your description of the work you want help with, plus company name, company size, phone number and referral source if you chose to fill those in.
We use that information for one purpose — to reply to you and arrange a call. It is not added to a marketing list, not used for advertising, and not sold or shared with anyone else. Your message is delivered to us by email; this site has no database and stores nothing.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. To do that, Turnstile receives your IP address and some technical signals from your browser, and it may set a short-lived token in your browser to remember that the check passed. Turnstile is designed not to track you across sites and does not show advertising. Cloudflare processes this on our behalf as our service provider.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare records ordinary request logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser user-agent — which are used to serve the site, protect it from abuse, and diagnose faults. We do not combine those logs with anything you send us.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies at all — not for analytics, not for anything else. There is no advertising network, no social pixel, and no cross-site profiling.
We do count page visits, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and which site linked here. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not follow you to other websites. We use it for one thing: seeing which pages people find useful and where they give up, so the site can be made better.
Client data
This is a marketing site only. It has no client login, no file uploads, and no client records of any kind. Work performed during an engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not by this page.
How long things are kept
Contact form messages live in our email like any other correspondence, and we keep them while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will. Hosting logs are retained by Cloudflare on their standard schedule.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. There is no account to close, because there are no accounts. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; tell us what you want and we will honour it rather than argue about which statute applies.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly edited in.
